To generate new Permanent Workshops: Navigate to the T360 Events > “Generate Events” option from the main menu. This page allows for the creation of multiple workshops across various groups simultaneously. The page displays a table organized with "Event Groups" in rows and "Skills" in columns. This layout assists in the allocation of workshops to appropriate groups and skill categories.

Before we go on

  • Make sure you are logged in to T360 with your staff member account
  • Make sure your User Role allows you to create and manage educational events

Selecting Location

Begin by applying the location filter to choose the HUB Center where the workshops will be hosted. The system automatically associates the selected HUB Center with its connected Tumo Box Centers.

Selecting Groups

Click the "+" button on the left side of the table to open a dropdown list of groups. Select the group where you want to add workshops. Upon selection, the interface allows for the addition of workshops to another group, facilitating the creation of multiple workshops across various groups.

Adding Events

Click on the “Add an event” button in the appropriate cell. This action will trigger a pop-up window.

In the pop-up, you are required to:

  • Set “Event Template”: Choose a predefined template that best fits the workshop's content and objectives.

  • “Pick event schedule template”: Specify the dates and times when the workshop will take place.

  • Set “Capacity”: Determine the maximum number of participants allowed in the workshop.

Once all settings are appropriately configured, conclude the process by clicking on the “Save” button.

Adding Multiple Events to a Single Cell

If the need arises to schedule more than one event within the same cell, you can easily do so. Simply click on the cell again to add an additional event. This functionality supports the scheduling of multiple events in the same time slot or skill ensuring flexibility in event planning and execution.

Shortcut Actions

To streamline the event creation process, the platform offers bulk actions:

Copy Event

Utilize this feature when you need to replicate an existing event, with all its details, in another group. This functionality is particularly useful for adding the same event across multiple groups without re-entering the information.

Copy Schedule

While adding events, if you select a different schedule template, the combination of selected schedules will be displayed as 'Schedule 1' on the new event modal page for adding subsequent events. After adding another combination, it will be displayed as 'Schedule 2' alongside the previously selected 'Schedule 1'.

Publishing Events

And finally, to make workshops live, click on "Generate Events" located at the top right of the screen. Upon completion, a success message will be displayed.

Note: If an existing event schedule template’s (pair) sessions are updated (weekday, times), the changes will apply only to new events created after the update. Existing events that were previously generated using the old version of the pair template will not be affected.

Meanwhile, if linked self-learning sessions are updated, the changes will apply to all existing event subscriptions.
