Please ensure that:

  • You are logged in to T360 with your staff credentials

  • Your role allows access to the Personal Info section


Overview

The Personal Info page allows staff to view and manage a student's personal, contact, and educational information. This information is collected during registration and can be updated later when corrections or changes are required.

The page may contain the following sections, depending on the fields enabled for the center:

  • Student Information - Name, date of birth, gender, and other personal details.

  • Contact Information - Email address, phone number, and address.

  • Education Information - School information

  • Special Need information -  Information about any special needs provided 


Viewing Information

Navigate to a Student Profile → Personal Info to view the student's information.

All fields are displayed in read-only mode by default.


Editing Information

To update a student's information:

  1. Open the Personal Info page.

  2. Click Edit in the section you want to update.

  3. Modify the necessary fields.

  4. Click Update Information to save your changes or Cancel to discard them.

The system validates all required fields before saving.


History

Each section maintains a history of changes.

To view previous updates:

  1. Open the relevant section.

  2. Click History.

  3. Review the list of changes, including:

    1. Updated field values

    2. Date and time of the change

    3. Staff member who made the update

History records help staff track modifications and maintain an audit trail of student information changes.
