This functionality is designed to improve the management of student attendance across different events using the “Transfer Students” form.

This feature allows students to be transferred between different events without affecting their subscriptions or recalculating their paths.

This functionality reduces manual work in managing attendance across different events and ensures:

  • More accurate data

  • Better visibility of students in current sessions

Before You Begin

Make sure that:

  • You are logged into T360 with your staff account for the relevant event

  • Your User Role allows you to manually subscribe students to workshops

Key Features

Seamless Student Transfers

Students can be transferred between events if:

  • The new event is in the same skill and level

  • The event belongs to the same event group

Attendance Preservation

When transferring a student:

  • Their attendance records are also moved to the new event

  • The original attendance dates remain unchanged

How It Works

  • Go to the Subscribed Users page

  • You will now see the Transfer Students form next to the Show Subscription Form button

  • Select the student(s)

  • Choose a new event schedule from the dropdown menu

    • Only events with the same skill, level, and group will be available

  • Confirm the transfer

After confirmation, the system will automatically:

  • Update the student’s attendance data in the new event

  • Store the transfer details in the log history
