
Newly registered students’ TUMO World account password is set to the default password. Students are required to reset their password during the initial login with the support of coaches.
To start the process, students should have their username and the TUMO World default password, then follow the steps below:
Before You Begin
- Open TUMO World.
- Enter your username and the default password on the TUMO World login page.
- If the default password is used, a prompt to create a new password will appear on the same page.
- Fill in the fields for the new password and submit.
- The system will validate that the new password complies with the password policy.
The newly created password will be applied to both TUMO World and TUMO Gmail accounts.
Use the new password to log in to TUMO World as well as TUMO Gmail.
Note
TUMO Gmail passwords will now match the TUMO World password.
This process only applies to students logging in for the first time.
If the student has previously reset their password and needs to do it again, please refer to the relevant article.
After Completing These Steps
Students can log in to TUMO World using their username and new password.
