Before we go on

- Make sure You are logged-in T360 with your own staff member account.

- Make sure Your User Role allows You to manually subscribe students to workshops.

- Make sure the student you want to subscribe to the workshop has done all the prerequisite activities, and the path did not subscribe the student automatically. 

Let's go through the steps.

1) In T360 go to Events > Groupes.

2) Find the exact workshop you need then right-click on the workshop and press on Subscribed Users. You will see the list of all the students subscribed to for the workshop.

3) Now press on Show subscription form button which is located above the list of students. There will be new fields appeared.

4) You will now be able to see the Find users button, press on it. It will redirect you to the Search area.

5) Now just find the student you would like to subscribe to the workshop, for example by searching by the username. 

6) When you find the student whom you desire to subscribe to the workshop, without opening the student's profile, press on the button Export. 

7) After pressing Export it will redirect you back to the subscription list where you will also find the student you just Exported. 

8) All you have to do now is to press on the button Create. The new student will be added to the list of students.
