Before we go on
- Make sure you are logged in to T360 with your staff account
- Make sure your User Role allows you to manually subscribe students to workshops
- Make sure the student you want to subscribe has completed all prerequisite activities, and that the system has not already subscribed them automatically via the Path
Steps
- In T360, go to Events > Groups
- Find the relevant workshop, then right-click on it and select Subscribed Users
You will see the full list of students already subscribed to that workshop - Click the Show subscription form button above the student list
New fields will appear - Click the Find users button
You will be redirected to the search area - Search for the student you want to subscribe (for example, by username)
- Once you find the student, click Export without opening their profile
- After exporting, you will be redirected back to the subscription list where the selected student will now appear
- Finally, click Create
The student will be added to the workshop subscription list
