At TUMO, a student’s learning journey begins with registration in our system. This process creates a unique and private learning account that will later allow the student to access TUMO World, TUMO Portfolio, and all other TUMO Products.


Students can be registered in the system through two main methods:

1. Online Registration Tool via Parents
In most TUMO centers, students register using the Online Registration Tool. Once the form is submitted, the student is automatically added to T360 with a Pre-Registered status.


2. Staff Registration via T360
In many centers, staff members complete the registration directly through T360, ensuring accurate student data and proper collection of required documents.


Registering a Student in T360

Before you begin:

  • Ensure you are logged in to T360 with your staff account.

  • Confirm that your User Role allows you to register new students and view or edit their profile information.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Students → Registration in T360.

  2. Fill in all required fields, marked with an asterisk (*):

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Birthdate

    • Note: In countries with more than one interface language, it is mandatory to fill in all required fields for each language.

  3. Click “Save”.

    • If all information is correct, the page will refresh, the student will receive Registered status, all additional profile subsections will become visible, and you will be redirected to the Overview page.

  4. Fill in any additional optional fields as applicable, depending on your center’s configuration.

  5. Google Account Activation:

    • The student’s Google account is created automatically immediately after the T360 registration.

    • No manual activation is required.

Completion:
The student registration is now complete.

Editing Student Information

If you notice missing or incorrect data after registration, or if you need to update any details, you can edit the student’s information in the Personal Info section.

The Personal Info section consists of several subsections, including:

  • Student Information

  • Contact Information

  • Education Information

  • Verification Information

  • Special Needs

After making any changes in a subsection, be sure to click Update to save the information. Do not use Cancel, as it will discard any changes.


Tip: Each subsection in Personal Info includes a History view. This allows you to track all changes, including:

  • Last edited by (Updated by)

  • Date created

  • Old values vs. new values

  • Other relevant details
